Terms of Service

Effective: July 15, 2026 — Governs your use of the StudioFlow mobile application.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the StudioFlow mobile application provided by Webfurious Designs. By downloading or using StudioFlow, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. StudioFlow is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at webfuriousdesigns@gmail.com.

2. User Data and Privacy

Your data is stored securely using Firebase. Each user has complete data isolation — no other user can access your information. We do not share your data with third parties. For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StudioFlow only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of StudioFlow. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the app or servers
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code
  • Using the app for illegal purposes

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

StudioFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Webfurious Designs or Tony AuBuchon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use StudioFlow, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of StudioFlow following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
